Peninsula has its own 5,000 sq ft distribution warehouse in Bristol - holding up to 250 devices in stock at any one time.

This allows fast and efficient deployment of products - shortening the lead time between order and delivery.

Average lead times are less than 4 days.

All devices are set up and tested prior to delivery as part of a rigorous 12 step PDI (pre-delivery inspection) quality control process.

This not only ensures delivery of a working product every time, but also allows us to pre-configure the hardware with IP Addresses and customised settings requested by the client.

All hardware is delivered by Peninsula's own crews in our own fleet of specially customised vehicles.

This allows us to schedule a precise delivery time to suit our clients' schedules.
Each vehicle is equipped with tail lifts and stairwalkers - so no installation is a problem - regardless of your building type.
Customised training is the key to maximising the value of your hardware investment.

One of Peninsula's dedicated user training consultants will work with you to develop a programme that meets your needs.

Frequently this will involve a number of visits over the first few weeks and follow up visits throughout the contract term.
