Peninsula has recently been awarded Premier Partner Statues from Ricoh. This certifies Peninsula's ability to provide the full range of Ricoh hardware, software and solutions to Commercial, Corporate and Public Sector organisations.
Peninsula has won the Best UK Service Provider Award for 2005, 2006 and 2007 from Toshiba. This is the first time any Toshiba re-seller has won the award in three consecutive years. We await the results for 2008 with eager anticipation ….
Peninsula was awarded e-partner status in 2005. This prestigious award recognises extensive experience and proven expertise in modern document handling and production techniques - both physical and electronic.
Also in 2008, Peninsula was awarded Preferred Partner Status by Hewlett Packard, certifying our ability to sell and consult on the HP printer, multifunctional and large format product ranges.
PEOPLE AWARDS
Our people are the key to our success. Peninsula is rightly proud of its commitment to employee development and we invest heavily in training – over £100,000 in 2008.
This investment delivers outstanding service for our customers and a high staff rentention rate for Peninsula.
It is no surprise that our staff retention and client retention rates in 2008 were identical at 98%.
We have highlighted some of our employee achievements in this section.
Rich Inglesant our New Business Consultant Team Leader completed his on line leadership course and Mark Griffin from our Delivery & Installation team for passing his PAT testing course. James How continues to build on his product knowledge and has passed his electrical fault finding course Parts One and Two.
Sophie Bryant (Sales Support Administrator) and Dennis Russell (Service Manager) have been invited to join Weston Collge for a presentation for high achievement and commitment to their courses. Dennis completed a NVQ 3 in Management and Sophie a NVQ 2 Business Administration.
